New RecruitGear Features

You ask - we deliver.

We’ve had some great feedback and suggestions from many of you in the recruiting community and as a result we have added several new features in RecruitGear, including:

Search Incomplete Applications through the Search Tool
This will allow your team to drill down to specific Drivers who have not completed the Application that you would like to contact.

More Search Additions:
The ability to exclude Rejected and Hired filters in the Search

Clean-up Incomplete Applications
The ability to delete abandoned Incomplete Applications

Export Hired Driver’s Contact Information
You’ll export Name, Address, City, State, Zip, D.O.B, SSN, and Primary Phone Number into an Excel (.xls) file for importing into your HRIS system

In the General Information tab of the Application we will be adding following (underlined phrases):

1. Have you been convicted of, have charges pending, or pled guilty to a felony or misdemeanor other than a minor traffic violation, including a DUI or DWI?

2. Added wording: Have you ever applied or been employed by DriverSource, Inc.?

3. Plus this new question:
"Do you have a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate?" Yes/No "Expiration date."
