RecruitGear now offers "tagging" for you to group and retrieve applicants by common attributes and features. There is no limit to the type of tags you can apply. The real value of using tags is that they are fully customized for your operation, and it's an easy way to group applicants without having to follow the rigid structure of folders.
It's simple. You add tags to an applicant's record by typing in a comma-delimited list such as: part time, summer help, intern, 21, closer
Later, you just select that tag to retrieve a list of all applicants who share it. Once the list is assembled, RecruitGear lets you:
- count the size of: the group;
- send e-mail to one or all members of the group;
- export a mailing list to Microsoft Excel
A built-in auto-complete feature suggests tags you've already used, which saves time and helps to keep your data standardized. In the setup area, administrators can add, edit, and delete tags. If a tag is altered by the administrator, RecruitGear automatically makes the update to all records in the database.
